E24 is the codename of the Main Playable Character, owned by Eisuke (navigator) or Eriko (pilot). While racing experience varies, Eisuke and Eriko have the same personality traits.
E24 is the Academy's strongest prodigy - driven and disciplined student, landing in top-20 graduates with unwavering belief in progress. E24 breathes the League's Codex, rejecting the heritage of past generations and devoting own life to the race. The disdain for culture and history is rooted in a tragic loss of parents during the testing of a car prototype from Ancients' technical drafts, leaving E24 to be raised by grandfather.
Despite a perfect academic record, E24 is clueless about interpersonal emotional connections, focusing all efforts on the League. Such intense passion for racing is tempered by acceleration rush: uncontrollable chronic impulses at high speeds, suppressed by focus shakes. E24's life revolves around studying, racing - and taking care of a genetic leopard hybrid.
Kangjin (Kang, K05, pilot) and Lingyan (Lina, L35, navigator) are partners of Eisuke and Eriko, respectively. They were lovers driving in a team prior to a fatal accident, happening just hours before Kangjin's proposal.
Growing in households honoring remnants of cultural heritage, practically extinct in the world post Grand Eruption, K05 and L35 have always appreciated freedom of expression over strict rules of Academy. Rebellious mindset has not left them even by mid-30s, causing constant conflicts with disciplined E24, rejecting emotions and feelings. Long walks over light-speed travels, Ancient music over auto-generated songs, comfortable clothes over stamped uniforms - they struggle adapting to the world, dominated by efficiency and technology, and stick to a small number of lifelong friends, not playing pretend even for the sake of popularity scores.
Despite a cold attitude, with cynical humour and brutal honesty shocking younger generations, Kangjin and Lingyan deeply care about close friends. They don't open up easily, but once they do - they deeply cherish formed emotional bonds and go to any lengths for their family.
Note: If a player follows Eisuke's route, Kangjin is a survivor; if Eriko's - Lingyan. Kangjin is automatically added to Character Library of navigators; Lingyan - of pilots.
SANICHI is the most recognized symbol of the League - a flashy upbeat gigantic mascot, announcing the countdown before each race of the League. The hologram has its own programmed AI, giving it a fun and energetic personality. As it counts "Three-Two-One!", it lights racers' moods and raises excitement for even the most threatening maps of the League.
Titled the "Face of the League", Aurora (A33, navigator) is the most well-known racer in the galaxy, being a universal role model for navigators. Elite life was guaranteed when the agents approached 15-year-old Rory - the same day he lost his brother and teammate Juno in a race. Rory faced parents' rejection, ruined career and hatred of the only close person - Juno's best friend - for senseless navigation. Young and scared Rory had no other choice but agreeing with those who promised to make him a star. Months later, he was fully replaced with a new persona - Aurora, with only white hair hinting he is the same boy as the one who gave a fatal order.
Despite graduating with excellence, the tragedy left a deep scar on Aurora, turning him into a reserved, silent shadow of his younger ambitious self. He spends his days at fancy events and promotions - yet fans will never know his biggest dream is never sitting in a car again.
Graduating together with Kang and Lina, Vendetta (V101, pilot) received her first Inter-planet Fans Choice already during the first qualifiers after graduation. Fearless, expressive and stunningly beautiful, Vendetta won hearts from all over the galaxy, being the youngest pilot to score exclusive partnerships with Earth's top fashion brands. Her fame led her to become one of the most well-connected figures of the League - there is hardly anyone she is not familiar with... that is, as long as the individual has any power.
Besides strong and forceful personality, Vendetta remains one of the closest friends of Kangjin/Lingyan*, often joking about her pretentious aura being just a cover-up. She is driven, powerful and controlling - and will not hesitate to use all her influence to protect her career.
* The choice depends on the route followed by the player.
Juno (J06, pilot) was A33's brother, older by 6 years, and also his first partner. He was also the classmate and closest friend of Kangjin/Lingyan*, who changed significantly after his death. He was a charismatic, cheerful and popular pilot, deeply caring about A33 and making sure his brother, naturally introverted, received enough love and support. He was a talented racer with strong performance forecasts: Juno's life goal was winning the League - and climbing up the victory podium together with his young brother.
* The choice depends on the route followed by the player.
Hoku is a quiet rebel, hiding his passion behind a calm front. Studying at L.A.R.S. as a navigator, he secretly races in the underground Haruna Drive as a pilot, not once losing a race to experienced drivers. His appearance, marked by cyan-dyed hair and a mask, reflects his ironic stance against his navigator training. Hoku never fit into the world of disciplined, prudent L.A.R.S. students - and could never accept the nature of the navigator title. He learned to drive on his own, now dominating Haruna racing ranks, and strives to prove that standards do not define destiny - which caught an eye of the founder of Haruna Drive, who quietly watches and takes care of Hoku from afar. He keeps his double life hidden from the family, as his biggest worry is disappointing his parents until he succeeds.
[Z96] - Zibal
Zibal is the most famous pilot from N'kura, known for his irresistible charm. A natural-born playboy, he uses his charisma to attract fans and enjoy the luxuries of fame - caring little for the competition itself, yet still topping popularity charts. Behind his flirtatious smiles, however, lies a trace of regret to those he abandoned in the pursuit of glory. Zibal hides his deeper emotions beneath a carefree facade, but the cost of his choices linger inside. His navigator Kowai is the only one to ever hear him open up, with neither being sober.
[K09] - Kowai
Kowai thrives on chaos and fear. His bright neon clothing contrasts sharply with his true form, bringing unsettling atmosphere to the track. K09 is an unpredictable thrill-seeker who manipulates fear for fun, seeing it as both an art and weapon. Though his unsettling behavior alarms most, his humour is mostly harmless: Kowai finds the reactions he evokes amusing but does not try to change his reputation. His bond with Zibal remains one of the only genuine connections he maintains.
[B64] - Basas
Basas is an inspiration to those who believe success requires fitting the standard. After losing most of his eyesight in a tragic fire, he’s made trust his strongest sense, forming a unique bond with Saiph, his navigator. Basas proves that racing isn't just about vision; it's about connection, instinct and trust.
[S89] - Saiph
Saiph’s ability to remain calm under pressure earned him a reputation of the most dependable navigator. Navigating is risky, but stakes are even higher for Saiph who drives with a blind pilot - S89 has saved his team more times than anyone can count. He stays loyal to the oath he gave Basas upon their first meeting: if he is not able to see the Platinum Wheel, he will hold it.
[J83] - Jussi
Jussi's family moved to Azuhan when she was a child. Adjusting wasn’t easy — she faced isolation and distrust from a community that was once hunted by outsiders. [L13] - Lerna
Lerna, calculative and intimidating, grew up an orphan, learning to rely on herself only. She decorates her bones with piercings to express her individuality, keeping distance from those she does not know. Initially wary of working with a foreign pilot and ending races in fights, L13 later became fiercely protective of her bond with Jussi.
Maru embodies the grace and gentleness of her aquatic homeland. Her innocence and sweetness make M45 endearing to those around her, though she struggles with unfamiliar customs and languages. Maru’s curiosity brings a sense of wonder to even the most routine moments in the universe.
A full-time racer and part-time nurse, Izar's fierce pride in her heritage fuels her drive on the track. During Shinzar, I11 seeks out underground racing scenes on all planets she visits — not to compete, but to lend aid to injured racers.
Batsu is a a mischievous pilot, known for his love of surprises on and off tracks. He has a talent for making even the most experienced racers nervous, with his daring stunts leading to new safety rules for Shinzar. His mocking demeanour earned him both admiration and caution from racers, as B00's presence on the track always means trouble.
The youngest of 21 siblings, F18 grew up in a competitive family where it was easy to be overlooked. His quiet nature hid a sharp mind, and Fang's talents were only noticed after he saved his sister during a family disaster. Choosing strategy over strength, he decided to join Shinzar to prove that even the quietest voice can make the biggest impact.
Mocked and dismissed for doll-like appearance and creepy black eyes, Shama rebelled against stereotypes by covering herself in tattoos and embracing an aggressive career. Behind her quiet demeanour lies a fierce competitor, determined to prove she is anything but fragile. S21 is a force on and off the track, never one to be underestimated.
Hashi
Hashi, once a skilled navigator, now manages Shinzar League's logistics and post-race debriefing. With a sarcastic detachment, she is in charge of listening to racers’ frustrations and banter in Rapid Review Room. Introverted and unbothered by the drama, Hashi has been part of enough races to know it all and not be fazed by anything.
Orion is a dedicated engineer of E24's team, having worked with Kang/Lina* for a decade. Her perfect knowledge of cars and Kangjin's/Lingyan's personality make her an invaluable partner. She is secretly working on a unique prothesis to return Halo's ability to walk.

Mo Mow is a quirky eccentric engineer, deeply in love with the sounds of machines and nature. He is obsessed with creating safe but powerful designs, driven by his fear of blood and a goal to create vehicles that produce perfectly harmonious sounds. Despite his genius, his unstable personality makes him an unsettling partner - to anyone but his twin sister Bu Ra Shu.
Bu Ra Shu is a wild, unpredictable engineer, bringing havoc wherever she goes. Inspired by nature's destructive forces, she designs obstacles for Shinzar that test the limits of racers. With her love for loud noises and chaos, she’s the perfect counterpart to her more cautious twin Mo Mow. Together, they push the boundaries of Shinzar engineering.
Samar grew up in the least fortunate outskirts of Asimar, far from the prestige of L.A.R.S.. Always dreaming of the League's glamor, she spent her childhood sneaking onto race tribunes, absorbing Shinzar until her knowledge and unique style earned her a title of Earth’s top commentator. She, however, still avoids parties, feeling more at home with race strategies than social spotlight.
Growing up in the family of performers, Trini-ti was always expected to become an idol. After shocking the society by getting into L.A.R.S., he quickly realized the risks of racing weren’t for him. Instead, he became a commentator, ensuring he could be part of every race without ever stepping behind the wheel. His sharp insights and perfectionism still made him a star in the League.
Landon is a brilliant but notoriously difficult producer, known for his obsession with control and perfection that borders on tyranny. In his mind, those who can’t see his vision are obstacles to be ignored, and his drive for dominance leaves no room for compromise. He gained recognition after bringing A33 to ultimate fame: being noticed by LND agency became a dream of any Shinzar racer. His cold, calculative, reserved nature has made him one of the League's most feared and respected figures.
Gigi, heir to the galaxy's largest transportation corporation, takes great pride in her heritage - some say her ancestors were among the first rebels to shape the planet's legacy. Despite facing prejudice due to her origins and stature, she is exceptionally gifted and strives to bring fame to her nation, even in a world that underestimates her. Raised with a deep appreciation to Lao Van Ra and her ancestors, Gigi's fear is failing to leave a legacy and not living up to her own expectations within the short time span of nahkommas.
Giant, proud heir to Kellar Inc., beams with superiority, as his family revolutionized racing with Kellar matter — key material of Shinzar gear. Convinced of his unmatched talent, he was humbled by an alien from Lao Van Ra publicly solving his complex equation. Giant now respects one other genius besides his own and works to live up to his legacy, learning that cooperation is a sign of wisdom rather than weakness.
Jupiter is among the most influential yet secretive people on Earth, holding immense wealth and power. He is the hidden force behind the Haruna Drive races, strongly connected to the government and police, and is the owner of the infamous Zenith Tower - Kernel City's tallest building filled with private floors and exclusive entertainment for the elites. Rumors say Jupiter's own apartment is hidden within there - and it is likely the reason A33's private car is often spotted in the area.
Jupiter is the only solo holder of the Platinum Wheel - League's ultimate prize for the winners. Nevertheless, he fiercely guards his privacy: Jupiter fully erased his identity from the Worldwide Database after quitting racing on the peak of his career.
A former navigator, Rigel scandalously dropped out of L.A.R.S. to follow his passion for design, as racing costumes have always excited him more than racing itself. Behind the scenes, he has formed a close bond with someone special, with a relationship gradually changing his life and body.

Recently, he found a rare sense of stability in an unexpected person, making him question if settling down on Earth could bring the belonging he seeks.
